Taylor Parks Elementary is a school filled with hard-working and enthusiastic students, engaged families, as well as dedicated and committed staff members. We will work together to support your students throughout their elementary years. As an educational leader with twenty-five years of experience, I look forward to collaborating with educators, parents, and other administrators to seek new and exciting ways to promote the academic, social, and emotional learning of your children.
During the course of this school year, one of my goals will be to continue building and maintaining a positive school culture at Taylor Parks Elementary School. Building rapport and making connections with students and families will establish a culture for learning.
This year, we will continue to demonstrate Taylor Parks PRIDE...Be Respectful, Be Responsible, and Be Safe. Together we can make a difference in the lives of our students and community.

Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,
Hello and welcome to Taylor Parks Elementary School, home of the Roadrunners. I am extremely happy to serve as the Principal at Taylor Parks. Our school is full of dedicated, caring and compassionate teachers and staff members that strive to make each day of learning fun and meaningful for our students. Our faculty prides itself in working in a collaborative manner that allows our students to enjoy the benefits of community support and innovative thinking. At Taylor Parks Elementary, your student’s learning is a top priority!
At Taylor Parks Elementary School, our curriculum is aligned to Michigan’s Common Core State Standards. We are committed to providing our students with an education that is conducive to their individual needs. As we work to enhance our programs, we continue to teach our students the importance of collaboration, creativity and critical thinking.
Along with the support of our families and community members, we will continue to provide the building blocks of success for the students that attend our school. Our hope is that our students not only achieve academic success while within our care, but also begin to develop social skills that will allow them to grow into respected members of our community.
